At DaRaZaLette Food & Co., all services are custom-designed and reserved exclusively for each client. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund and cancellation terms apply:
1. Deposits & Booking
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
- Your date and services are not confirmed until payment is received.
- Deposits compensate for planning, consultation, and reserved availability.
2. Cancellations (Client-Initiated)
- 14+ days before service: Payments may be refunded excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- 7–13 days before service: 50% of total payment may be refunded (excluding deposit).
- Less than 7 days before service: No refunds will be issued.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- One-time rescheduling is permitted with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made within 7 days may incur additional fees.
4. Same-Day or Last-Minute Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of service are non-refundable.
- This includes emergencies, no-shows, or inability to access the service location.
5. Food & Perishable Items
Due to health and safety regulations:
- All food sales (including meal prep) are final.
- No refunds or returns once food has been prepared or delivered.
6. Client Satisfaction
- If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns, which may include partial credit or future service adjustments.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
7. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:
- Conditions are unsafe
- There is harassment or inappropriate conduct
- Contract terms are violated
In such cases, refunds are issued at our discretion.
8. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)
We are not liable for cancellations due to:
- Weather
- Illness
- Government restrictions
- Emergencies beyond our control
In these cases, we may offer rescheduling or credit.
9. Payment Disputes / Chargebacks
- By booking services, you agree to this policy.
- Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with proof of agreement, service preparation, and communications.
